I'm fine, but my eyes are very tired.(+_+;)

I have always watched the screen of PC at work for hours.(*_*;)

That's TV! "REGZA" (by TOSHIBA)

It has a beatiful screen(with LED), a recording function, and windows7.

I like watching TV.(o^_^o)

When I come home, I always turn on the switch of TV at first.(^0^)

Today, I had a trouble with my computer system.(>_<)

My work is to audit the finacial reports of clients.

And I have used the computer system "eAudIT" to collate the data of the results to audit them from this year.

But this system is too weak to get frozen often.(-_-;)

I want someone to introduce some excellent engineers to our company!

By the way, do you know "EV"(Electric Vehicle)?

Today, Nissan, the Japanise big maker of cars, released selling EV.

This EV can drive without putting out CO2.

The price is 3,764,250 yen.(I think it expensive...)

Do you want to buy it?

I still don't want to buy it.(^^;;

If it gets cheaper, I will consider buying it.

Someday, Most cars become EV, I think.

Today, I took TOEIC for the first time in five years.

Do you know TOEIC?

TOEIC is "Test Of English for International Communication ".

It is said that this test is the guideline of the abilty to communicate in English.

In Japan, many companies regard it as important.

For example, many office workers can't be promoted without getting high score of it.

I would like to know how important TOEIC is in the other countries.

I hear only Japna and Korea regard it as important.(^_^;)

Is that real?

Have you taken TOEIC ever??

By the way, I got the under half scores five years ago.(>_<)

I would like to get over 550!

Today, I went to a supermarket to buy the ingredients of dinner after work.

And I found a good ingredient there!

"Black Iberian pig", it's a expensive pork.

And at the supermarket it was sold in low price.(^^)v

Well, this pork was very small because of low price.(^^;;

The size was the same as "i-pod nano".

So I added many vegetables, tomato, cabbages, asparagus.

And more a tubular roll of boiled fish paste.

I'm full up now.(~o~)/

The pork was very delicious!(^0^)o

But.....I found one thing.

"The expensive ingredients are more delicious in the restaurant than home."

In home we can't cook them very well.(-_-;)

So we should eat the foods a professional cook made.(^_^;)

Today, I went to shopping with my GF after work.(^^)

The fellow worker of her will get married next Sunday.

So, we bought the present for the newly-married couple.(*^o^*)/

The present is "Cool Bed Mat".

The mat has cold jelly, and if you sleep on it in hot summer, you will feel cool and comfortable.(^^)v

My grand mother

Good morning!

I was too sad to write a blog.(>_<)

Because my grand mother passed away in the dead of night last Saturday...

Cancer of the large intestine.

She was 82 years old.

I love her best in my familiy.

She was very good to me, and I took to her alwasy in my childhood.

So her deathe was a great stock to me.(T_T;)

In her funeral service, I tried hard to hold back my tears .

But I couldn't...(>_<。)

The parting gives me a great saddness all the time.(_ _;)

But I must become stronger!!

I believe she is watching me from Heaven.

So I must grow fine, and ease her mind!

Hello!!

How was this weekend??

I spent pleasant time with my GF and a good friend.(^^)/

Seeing movies, eating delicious meals, going to a super public bath, and walking along the river near my home.

The menu was "Wontons".

Do you know a wonton??

That is "Chinese flour dumplings with meat stuffing".

I cooked a main dish and soup with wontons.(^^)/

"Deep-fried wontons" and " Wontons soup".

We ate "Deep-fried wontons" with a sticky sauce.(^0^)

And I put in soup not only wontons but also many vegetables.^^

Other, I cooked a salad.(^^)v

Tomato and lettuce.

The meal is like curry with rice.

Fly beef sliced thin and onions, and stew those with demi-glace sauce , the sauce is like tomato source added worcester sauce to.

It is very easy to cook it deliciously.(^^)v

Jogging Course

Good evening!!

Today, the cup of KIRIN,the international game of soccer took place.

Japan vs Chile, the country in South America.

Chile was very strong, and All had the very good technique.

But also the Japanese players had it!

And the result was 4-0! Yes, Japan won!!!!!\(^0^)/

Japanese players got good chanses,but Chilen players missed much.

I believe Japan team will get the chicket of " the World Cup".(*^_^*)

By the way, I have often jogged around my house for health.

And I will show the photo I took yesterday on the way jogging.

The tower is "Roppongi Hills", the one of the famous sightseeing spots in Japan.

There are many fashionable shops, cafes, restaurants , a movie theater, an art museum, and the big company,for example "Goldman Sachs".

I and my GF often go to shopping there.(0^^0)

That time, we use the train to go there.

But yesterday, I went there by jogging.(^^)v

About 30 minutes I took, and so I have jogged for an hour yesterday.(^^;;

I think one of the good points of Japan is that we can go to the famous spot in a short time.

I live in Tokyo, which is the center of Japan.

I can go to Ginza, Odaiba, Akihabara, Shinjyuku, Shibuya, Harajyuku, Roppongi, Yokohama,and Tokyo tower within 30 minutes.(^0^)v

Today, I spent my time in a relaxed mood.

My GF is a teacher in school of dress design.

Of course, she works today.

I think she must be tired from labor.

I'm very fine.(^^)v

For I'm free from hard work now.

And My favorite soccer team,"Kawasaki Frontale", won the today's game.v(^^)v

I went to a stadium to watch the game with my father today(*^^*)

The game was very exited!!

The first half, "Kawasaki Frontale" were attacked hard by the other team.

But a goalkeeper and defenders worked hard and protected the shoos of the other.

And the latter half was a different game.

"Kawasaki Frontale" atacked to shoot very much!!

And the Brazilian ace striker got a goal!!!!!!!

Just before the end, North Korean striker added a goal!!!!!!

The score was 2-0.

"Kawasaki Frontale" won a clear victory over!!(^0^)/

Next Tuesday, "Kawasaki Frontale" will play the game of ACL,"the Asia Championship League".

I would like to watch it!!

So I will finish my work early next Tuesday, and go to a stadium.o(^0^)o

Golden Week

In Japan, now, it's a golden week!!

Every year, May 3, 4, and 5 are holidays in Japan!!

Hi!

Today, in Japan it's a holiday.

But...I worked hard all day.(-_-;)

Well, today I will show my dinner.o(^^)o

The menu is my original meal.(^^)v

"Okonomiyaki rice"

Do you know "okonomiyaki"?

It is a meat and vegetable pancake, that wheat flour, meat, egg, and vegetables are mixed and burned on an iron plate.

This is the popular meal in Japan, especially the west Japan.

On the other hand, my original meal, "Okonomiyaki rice" is made with rice instead of wheat flour!!

And I can cook it easier!!

The ingredients are rice, an egg, cabbages, and pork.

First, mix rice, an egg, and cabbages.

Next, pan-boil pork.

And last, put mixed one in a frying-pan and burn together.

Browned, finsh!!

The seasonings are sauce and mayonnaise.

For I'm distressed by the way to work...

The trouble is the relation between me and a man of experience in business.

We have disagreed over the way to work.

He insited on the traditional way.

But it is clear that the way is very inefficint!

So I suggested to him the more efficient way, which I had been instructed by other senior.

Well、but...he is so obstinate.(-_-;)

He never listened to me.

In Japan, harmony among people is regarted as more important than a great ability of an individual.

My thought is backed up by other follow workers.

But he is a leader in our work team, and we must follow him.

So his inefficient way have made other subordinates be so trouble.

I want to relieve them.

But...it is often said in Japan that youngers must not give a opinion to seniors.

The answer is "Moscow", the capital of Russia.

For the roubles are strong and the housing expenses are very high.

And the second city is "Tokyo", the capital of Japan, where I live in now.

The city takes the many costs of living!

Especially, the hausing expensive!!

How much rent do you pay rent for your apartment?

I pay ￥110,000, about $ 1,100, every month.(--;;

But my apartment is old and narrow to live in with other person.

Someday, I would like to buy and live in the big house!

So I will work hard!

The menu is "DOUBLE COOKED PORK".

Well, I don't have a Chinese frying pan and a stromg range.

How did you spend in last weekend?

I did the house cleaning!

Well, no, I was made clean up my room by my GF.(・_・;;

The last night, my GF said,

" Let's clean up your room!! It's untidy very much!!"

I thought my room was always in a mess...

I like to cook!

And I wash always in person!

I dislike cleaning.

Yesterday, I went to a hot springs with my friends.(*^^*)

My friend will be transferred from Tokyo, the central city of the east Japan, to Osaka, the central city of the west.

He works at a bank.

Bankers are oftern transferred.

And he will go distantly the week after next.(>_<。)

After work, we gathered round, and went to a hot spring on my car.

Because I and my GF went to the dream world, "Disney Sea".o(^^)o

"Disney Sea" is in the Tokyo Disney Resort, and next to "Disneyland".

"Disneyland" is comparatively for children.

On the other hand "Disney Sea" is for adults besides children.

For example, we can drink alcohol in "Disney Sea".( We can't in "Disneyland")

We enjoyed very much today!!

We got on many attractions, and saw wonderful shows.(*^^*)

Today, I watched a soccer game at a stadium♪

Yes, I love "Kawasaki Frontale", the one of teams in the Japan league!(o^_^o)

And they won a fine victory today!!(^^)V

The score was 3-1!!

I was so excited!!o(^^)o

So, today I will talk about the appeal of "Kawasaki Frontale".

If you aren't interested, I'm sorry.(^^;;

Well, the applea of them is offensive strength!

Their system is 4-3-3.(DF:3, MF:3, FW:3)

In FW, two Brazilians and a North Korean are very strong!

Brazilians are so fast that other Japanese players can't stop them.

And a North Korean has so strong body to beat other players.

They always shoot too much, and get many goals!!

On the today's game, they got goals!

And this team have three Japan's representatives.

MF, DF, and Keeper

Especially, the player of MF is a great fantasista!

He is the central figure of this team.

His pass makes three FW get many goals.

The feature of his pass is fast and strong, and so other players can't cut his pass.

The policy of this team is that if they give up points, they get more points!

Because recently I have made money in investment.(^m^)v

Well, but I have found the bad thing.(-_-)

That is my body age!!

It means the age calculeted by the balance of weight and fat rate.

It shows the condition of body for age.

I recently bought the bathroom scales.

It has high functions. I can not only weigh myself but also measure my fat rate and BMI.

And more, I can know my body age!!

Yes, my body age is 31 years of age.

Today, I went to snowboard with my fellows of work.(^^)/

It's March now, but in a mountain it snowed yesterday.

Especially, I love a snowboard.

But well I have snowboarded only one time this year.

My client is located in "Shiodome".

"Shiodome" is near Ginza, and have many office buildings.

What did you do this weekend?

I went to the wedding reception of my coworker today.

I was moved very much.(T-T)

I got to long for a wedding.

I will talk about WBC (the World Baseball Classic ).

Today, there was the game, Japan vs Cuba.(^^)

The winner can proceed to the final round.

In the US, the game was played as the night game.

But in Japan, the game started at noon.

Yes, we, Japanese, have just been working.(>_<)

At the lunch time, we went to the restaurant which had TV.

And we watched the game on TV there.

But baseball games usually take about 3 hours.

So we couldn't watch the game throughout there.(+_+;)

We had to be back to our office...

But the game was very excited!!

So we wanted to watch the progress of the game by any means.

At that time, I found my cell phone!!

My cell phone has the function of TV!!

Wow, we could watch the game at working.(^_^)v

Well, while the game was being played, we could work hardly.(^_^;)

We had been watching TV without working.

The result was 5-0, Japan won!!(^0^)/

Japan team can proceed to the final round!

My favorite player, Mr. Aoki, had four hits in five at-bats! He was in top shape!!

time spent in commuting

It was fine day, today,(*^_^*)

It was warm, and I felt spring♪

Today, I would like to know how long time spent in commuting do people in other country take.

Because many Japanese have difficulty with commuting.

Japan is very narrow, but has too many population.(**;)

So the land price of downtown is very expensive, and many people live in the town removed from the central city.

People come to the office from a great distance.

They take 1～2 hours...

And almost salaried workers commute with train.

The commuter trains are jam-packed every morning.(x_x;)

Many salaried workers get tired every morning only commuting.<(+_+)>

I think this difficult time spent commuting is one of the most hard problems in Japan.

March 14 is "the White Day" in Japan.

The day is when men present women somethings in return for "the Saint Valentine's Day".

Do you know "Tomato ramen"?

I ate it last Friday first♪

It's a wonderful and delicious taste!!

This ramen is made with tomato soup.

The ramen is different from the normal ramen.

Hello!!

I went to the stadium and watched the opening game of the Japan soccer league yesterday!

But, the result was 1-1, a draw...(-_-;)

Um..."Kawasaki Frontale",my favorite team, needed one more point.

They had many chances, but couldn't get a goal.

The counts of their shots were about double as against an opposition.

Well, I felt delight at the game.

The atmosphere made me excited very much!!

We, supporters, cheered the team up togerther, and felt identification!!

This identification is the ral pleasure of watching the game, I think.o(^^)o

And the victory game makes us feel highest!!

I believe "Kawasaki Frontale" will win the next game!!

I like sports! Both watching and playing!

I'm so interested in WBC ( the World Baseball Classic ) as the opening of Japanese league of soccer.

Tomorrow, the opening game will go on!!

Japan vs China

Japan team was the championship at the last WBC four years ago.

This year, they aim at the championship.p(^^)q

But other teams seem very strong.(^^;;

Korea, the US, Cuba, Dominican Republic,...

Every team are strong rivals, I think.

Well, so I'm looking forward to watching a lot of close games.(0^_^0)

In Japan team members, I expect 2 players, Daisuke Matsuzaka and Norichika Aoki.

Matsuzaka belongs to the Boston Red Sox.

The name of the team is "KAWASAKI FRONTALE"!!

I"m a eager fan of this team.

"KAWASAKI FRONTALE" is the soccer team in Japan.

It has joined J-1 League( Japanese pro soccer league ).

Last year, it got the second in the league.

So, this year I'm very anxious for the team to top!!

Yes, the answer is that to jug after a meal is better.(^^)

I have read a running-magazine and I knew the answer from it.

I know the reason why to jog after a meal makes a body easy to slim.

I mean the basal metabolism improves through jogging after a meal.

Jogging after a meal, the energy given by a meal gets burned.

Consequently, the extra energy isn't left.

And only to live naturally burns fat!!

To slim naturally is better than forcibly, I think.

If you would like to be a slim body, I hope you to slim healthily.(^0^)

In this connection, if you would like to be muscular, you had better jog before a meal.

How did you do this weekend?

I spent shopping and reading.(^0^)/

Yesterday, I went to shopping at Ginza with my GF.(o^_^o)

Ginza is the most expensive city in Japan.

There are high brand shops of the world. "Louis Vuitton","Tiffany & Co","Gucci",and more.

And also there are many department stores.

It's very pleasant only to go window-shopping at the city.(^^)

My GF likes the city very much, so we often go there♪

Well, the items sold at the city are very, very expensive.(^^;;

If you travel to Japan and go to Ginza, it will be better that you don't buy anything at the city, I think.

Other city, you can get them at lower price, I think.(^_^;)

Today, I spent my time reading a book.

I bought five books at the used book shop ,"Book Off", which I love.(^m^)

A novel, a technical book, a life story,nad more.

Today, I read the novel "ザ・外資( the foreign capital)"written by My Ryo Takasugi.

The story is that some Japanes workers struggle to succeed in the foreign compan.

I have finished reading the novel (500 pages over) for 4 hours at a cafe.

At the cafe, I ordered only one ice-coffee.(^_^;)

Yesterday, I drank with my friend after work.

He is my fellow at a part-time job in campus life.

Today's menu of my dinner is " cold pasta with tune and cabbage".

It can be mede very easily!(^^)v

Ingredients (Serves 1)

1. Pasta(Spaghetti):100g

2. Tuna:1 can

3. Cabbage:1/8 heads

Recipe

1. Boil pasta 1 minute longer than always.

2. At the same time, boil cabbage.

3. After boiling them, chill them quickly with ice water.

4. Mix them with tuna, and season them with salt and olive oil.

Finish!!

Ingredients (Serves 1)

1. rice

2. 1/4 onion

3. pork

4. 1 egg

5.'''A''' 1/2 cups dashi, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugars

Recipe

1. fry pork and onions with a frying pan.

2. put '''A''' in the frying pan and boil it for 2~3 minutes.

3. put beaten egg on it and boil it for a minute.

4. last, put it on rice.

It's very easy and delicious!!(^^)b

By way of parenthesis, if you make this cooking with not pork but chicken, that is called "親子丼( a bowl of rice topped with parent and child)" because chicken and egg mean parent and child.

I have gone to a businee trip for 2 days.

Especilly, I felt a globefish is very nice!

Today, I went to the Meguro museum to see the dress made by my GF.(*^_^*)

And I was impressed with my effort.

I know she had a difficult time sewing the dress.

Very,very long time!

She had stayed up all night and sewed it for many days.

All I could do is only to boost her... because I don't have the ability to sew it.(><。)

Ingredients (Serves 4)

1. 4 big potatoes

2. 2 onions

3. 200g thinly sliced beef

4, '''A''' 2cups dashi5 , tablespoons soy sauce , 3-4 tablespoons sugar , 2 tablespoons mirin , 1 tablespoon sake , 1/2 tablespoon salad oil

Recipe

1. Peel the potatoes and cut each into six pieces. Soak them in water and drain. Peel the onions and cut them into eight half moon-shaped pieces.

2. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of salad oil over a moderte fire. Add the potatoes and fry well. Add beef, then the onions and fry them together until the potatoes are transparent.

3. Add '''A'''. Simmer and cover with a paper drop lid until the potatoes are soft. Skim the surface of the broth occasionally. Turn off the heat and leave it to marinate.

Today, I ate Bulgarian food at lunch.

It has curious taste.

It is indoor game to use 136 tiles.

Well, I think the game is very pleasant and to make use of a head.

And it's like a gamble because we bet a little money.

The rich in Japan

Hello!

How are you?

Today, I read the book at a cafe after work.

The book I read is "The research of the rich in Japan" ($_$)

This book shows what people are rich.

In Japan, the two occupations take the best part of the rich.

They are "an enterpriser" and "a doctor".

And the characteristic of Japan is that "a lawyer"is low.

I have heard that in USA "a lawyer" is a great job and very rich.

But in Japan the cases are less, so "a lawer" don't get extraordinary fees.

And the rich in Japan say what are important for the rich are the following three.

1. the physical and mental health

2.the love of your own jop

3.the honest personality

I think so too!

But I'm lacking in No.2.(-_-;)

I want to get the job Iwill love,I will pride,and I will enjoy!

I'm young yet, and I will want to find the fit job for myself slowly.o(^^)o

How about the weekend??

I had a good time! (*^_^*)v

Yesterday, I had an alumni association of the cricket circle in an university.

And today, I walked around Shiroganedai platinum-street♪

This street is near my home, and have a lot of fashionable shops.

It is pleasant only to stroll.(^^)

Other, at my home I spent my time playing a game(PS2).

But...with eating junk foods. (^^;;

I think it is bad for my health!!

Alumni association

Hi!

Today, I had a alumni association of the circle in a university.

I belonged to the cricket circle. (^^)v

Do you know cricket??

It is a minor sport in Japan.

But in the world, especially Europe, major sport.

The alumni association warmed up! (*^_^*)

I met alums again after an interval of half a year.

With drinking, we told about various thing, especially each other's love talk. (^_^)

But we haven't been married yet. (^^;;

Already, we are 24～26 old.(^_^;)

We are interested in " Who are married first?"

Is it me? (^m^)

I want to have my child.(o^^o)

Well, I haven't planed it yet.

Do you think that the marriage is good?

My cooking #3

Hello!

My cooking series No.3!!

Today's menu is "MaboTofu (BEAN CURD SZECHUAN STYLE)".

(The Ingrediets for a person)

1. A can of tuna : 1 can ( usually, Ground meat : 200g )
2. Onion : 1/4
3. Bean curd( Tofu ) : 1/4
4. Garlic : a few
5. DOU BAN JANG( Red chilli, broad bean and soy bean baste ) : a few
6. Starch dissolved into water : 50cc
7. Water : 100cc
8. Salt : 1/4 spoon
9.Sauce : 1/2 spoon
10. Soy sauce : 1/2 spoon
11. Sugar : 1/2 spoon
12. Sesame oil : a few

(Making)
First, the ingrediets of 6 ~ 11 is mixed, and set taste to your liking.

Second, heat Garlic and DOU BAN JANG on a frying pan, and fry tuna( or meat ) and Onion.

Third, mix the first and second.

Fourth, put Bean curd on it , and stir them lightly.

Last, put Sesame oil on it!

It's fiery and very delicious!! （≧ω≦）ｂ

"MaboTofu (BEAN CURD SZECHUAN STYLE)" is one of the favorite Chinese food.

Temptation

Good evening! At 23:00 in Japan.

Now, I'm withstanding temptation.(>_<) It is "the impulse to eat a bedtime snack".

Today, I went home at about 19:00 from work.

And I cooked and had a dinner at about 19:30.

After dinner, I spent my time watching TV, reading a magazine, and jogging around home.

Now!!

There is a cup-noodle in my face.

It can satisfy me early.

I can have it only to put hot water in it and wait for 3 minute.

That's very easy!

But, if I have it, I will lose. (x_x;)

Today, I have already jogged for my health!

So, I must endure its temptation!

Welcome party

Hi!

Tonight, we had a welcome party for a newcomer.

We have worked with her since this week.

The party warmed up! p(^^)q

We talked about various thing, work, love, family, liking,and more.

And I found a miraculou thing!!!!

She was a classmate with my sister in high school!!

And she knew a little me. (^^;;

I was surprise very much! ^_^;

The world is narrow very much!

Eye-Care

How are you??(^^)/

I'm so-so. (^_^;)

For I feel my eyes tired from work.

My work makes me use the personal computer long time.

So my eyes are overworked all day long.(+_+;)

"Eye-Care" is probably Japanese English.

It means to satisfy the tiredness of eyes.

Do you know the some way of "Eye-Care" ?

I hope you tell me the good way. _(. _. )_

My way is to use this special "eye-mask" ( Japanese English?).

I put on this "eye-mask" to satisfy the tiredness of eyes.

The green pouch can go into this "eye-mask".

The pouch can be warmed with a microwave oven and cooled with a refrigerator.

So I can both warm and cool my eyes. (^_^)v

I'm just going to put on this "eye-mask" to satisfy the tiredness of my eyes♪

A strained back

Good evening.(^^)/ At PM 9:00 in Japan.

My senior got a strained back yesterday. (><)

So he was absent from work today...

By the grace of it, I worked alone. (in a plan he and I work together)

I know a strained back is too hard.

I suffered my back when I was a high school student.

I joined the club of track field, and trained too hard to strain my back. (++)

I was so painful that I was difficult even to walk.

So I went to a specialty hospital of cure, and was cured.

In curing me, the doctor push my bone.

"BOKI BOKI BOKI!!"sounded. I might have cried for hard pain. (T-T)

But thanks to the cure, I got better. (^_^;)

In a high school student, the buoyancy was early.

But in adult, it may be less...

So, I will prevent a hurt for stretching.o(^^)o

After a bath to strech a body is very good.

Take care not to strain your body. (^^)/
