I'm fine.(^^)v

Because recently I have made money in investment.(^m^)v

Well, but I have found the bad thing.(-_-)

That is my body age!!

Do you know the meaning of a body age?

It means the age calculeted by the balance of weight and fat rate.

It shows the condition of body for age.

I recently bought the bathroom scales.

It has high functions. I can not only weigh myself but also measure my fat rate and BMI.

And more, I can know my body age!!

Would you like to know my body age?(^^;;

Yes, my body age is 31 years of age.

And my real age is ...(-_-;)

Well. I am 25 years of age now.(x_x;)

My body age is 6 older than my real age...

It means that my body is unhealthy.(--;)

By way of parenthesis, the body age of my GF is 25 years.

In the real age, she is older than I am.

But the body age, I'm older...(>_<.)

I must exercise more for health!!

So I jogged around my home yesterday and tonight.o(^^)o

And I'm endure the the thirst for eating supper!!

I will go to bed before I lose the temptation.(^^)/

The menu is the big bowl of rice topped with raw tuna, avocadoes, and grated yam.

Yes, "the pitchy bowl of rice"!!

The pichy foods are good for health.o(^^)o

And it's very delicious!!!(^0^)/

She knows my favorite meals, and cooks them for me.v(^_^)v

The happness in winter

Hello!!

Today, I went to snowboard with my fellows of work.(^^)/

It's March now, but in a mountain it snowed yesterday.

And today it's fine.(^^)

So it was lovely to snowboard today.(*^_^*)v

What sports do you do in winter?

I often go to snowboard and ski.(^^)b

Especially, I love a snowboard.

But well I have snowboarded only one time this year.

So I enjoyed snowboarding very much today♪

And after snowboard, we went to a hot spring!!

I love a hot spring!!

Especially, it is the most pleasant to take a hot spring bath after sports.(^o^)b

I recovered from the fatigue of a snowboard.(o^_^o)v

The view from a office

I took the photo of the view from a office.

Well, the office is not my office but my client's.

My client is located in "Shiodome".

"Shiodome" is near Ginza, and have many office buildings.

There are a lot of famous Japanese company in "Shiodome".

For example, "Dentsu", "Nippon Television Network Corporation","Sega Sammy Holdings"Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd." and more.

Do you know them?

"Shiodome" is not only a office city, but also a fashionable city.(^^)

There are nice restaurants, and the theater of musical.(*^^*)

And high towers are building there.

My client is at 21th floor.

So we can see the beutiful view.(^0^)v

I like to work there.(^^)b

Tomorrw, I will go to a ski resort to snowboard.(^_^)/

I must get up AM 4:30.(>_<;)

Today's midnight snack

Good evening!

I feel happy now.(o^_^o)

Because I spend good time at home.

My happy time is when I watch TV with eating a midnight snack.(^m^)

Today's midnight snack was one pack of kimchee.

This size of the pack is very good!

It is just right to eat at night.

And the price of it is about 90 yen (about $ 0.9）.

Oh, I have finished to eat it.

I'm satisfied now.(*^^*)

Of couse, because the Japan baseball team got a champion in the WBC (the World Baseball Classic) today!\(^^)/yeah!!

They showed the Japanese baseball is the strongest on the world!


And Mr.Ichiro!! He was a great star!(^0^)

In this WBC, he had been stale ever.

But today!! He did a very good job in the game!!

He hit a game-winning RBI!p(^^)q

Hello!!

I'm very happy because today the Japan team won in WBC.(^0^)v

Tomorrow, the finals!!

I believe the Japan team will win the Korea tomorrow.o(^^)o

Well, today I will talk about my cooking after a long time.(^^)/

Today's menu was "ginger-flavored slices of fried pork".

I love meats.(^m^)b

But I know it is good to eat many vegetables for my health.

So besides pork I prepared garnishes of vegetables.(^_^)v

"The fly of eggplants and onions", "The salad of cabbages",and "Miso soup".

Today's dinner was superb meal, do you think so? (^o^)o

Just now I'm full up.(^o^;)

And I'm sleepy.(_ _)zzz
