How are you??

I'm fine.(^^)v

Because recently I have made money in investment.(^m^)v

Well, but I have found the bad thing.(-_-)

That is my body age!!

Do you know the meaning of a body age?

It means the age calculeted by the balance of weight and fat rate.

It shows the condition of body for age.

I recently bought the bathroom scales.

It has high functions. I can not only weigh myself but also measure my fat rate and BMI.

And more, I can know my body age!!

Would you like to know my body age?(^^;;

Yes, my body age is 31 years of age.

And my real age is ...(-_-;)

Well. I am 25 years of age now.(x_x;)

My body age is 6 older than my real age...

It means that my body is unhealthy.(--;)

By way of parenthesis, the body age of my GF is 25 years.

In the real age, she is older than I am.

But the body age, I'm older...(>_<.)

I must exercise more for health!!

So I jogged around my home yesterday and tonight.o(^^)o

And I'm endure the the thirst for eating supper!!

I will go to bed before I lose the temptation.(^^)/

The menu is the big bowl of rice topped with raw tuna, avocadoes, and grated yam.

Yes, "the pitchy bowl of rice"!!

The pichy foods are good for health.o(^^)o

And it's very delicious!!!(^0^)/

She knows my favorite meals, and cooks them for me.v(^_^)v

The happness in winter

Hello!!

Today, I went to snowboard with my fellows of work.(^^)/

It's March now, but in a mountain it snowed yesterday.

And today it's fine.(^^)

So it was lovely to snowboard today.(*^_^*)v

What sports do you do in winter?

I often go to snowboard and ski.(^^)b

Especially, I love a snowboard.

But well I have snowboarded only one time this year.

So I enjoyed snowboarding very much today♪

And after snowboard, we went to a hot spring!!

I love a hot spring!!

Especially, it is the most pleasant to take a hot spring bath after sports.(^o^)b

I took the photo of the view from a office.

Well, the office is not my office but my client's.

My client is located in "Shiodome".

"Shiodome" is near Ginza, and have many office buildings.

There are a lot of famous Japanese company in "Shiodome".

For example, "Dentsu", "Nippon Television Network Corporation","Sega Sammy Holdings"Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd." and more.

Do you know them?

"Shiodome" is not only a office city, but also a fashionable city.(^^)

There are nice restaurants, and the theater of musical.(*^^*)

And high towers are building there.

My client is at 21th floor.

So we can see the beutiful view.(^0^)v

I like to work there.(^^)b

Tomorrw, I will go to a ski resort to snowboard.(^_^)/

Today's midnight snack

Because I spend good time at home.

My happy time is when I watch TV with eating a midnight snack.(^m^)

Today's midnight snack was one pack of kimchee.

This size of the pack is very good!

It is just right to eat at night.

And the price of it is about 90 yen (about $ 0.9）.

Oh, I have finished to eat it.

Of couse, because the Japan baseball team got a champion in the WBC (the World Baseball Classic) today!\(^^)/yeah!!

They showed the Japanese baseball is the strongest on the world!

In this WBC, he had been stale ever.

But today!! He did a very good job in the game!!

Hello!!

I'm very happy because today the Japan team won in WBC.(^0^)v

Tomorrow, the finals!!

I believe the Japan team will win the Korea tomorrow.o(^^)o

Well, today I will talk about my cooking after a long time.(^^)/

Today's menu was "ginger-flavored slices of fried pork".

I love meats.(^m^)b

But I know it is good to eat many vegetables for my health.

So besides pork I prepared garnishes of vegetables.(^_^)v

"The fly of eggplants and onions", "The salad of cabbages",and "Miso soup".

Today's dinner was superb meal, do you think so? (^o^)o

Just now I'm full up.(^o^;)

Wedding reception

What did you do this weekend?





I went to the wedding reception of my coworker today.








I was moved very much.(T-T)





I got to long for a wedding.





And during the reception I was imagining that I will marry with my GF and we will be blessed by everyone.(^^;;








I think if my GF get a wedding dress on, she will be very beautiful absolutely.





So I would like to dress her someday.(^^)





Well, she can sew a dress, and I think she will make a wedding dress on her own.(^_^;)








Because the reception was wonderful, I was influenced to long for a marrage.

March 23 is "the Vernal Equinox".

I will talk about WBC (the World Baseball Classic ).

Today, there was the game, Japan vs Cuba.(^^)

The winner can proceed to the final round.

In the US, the game was played as the night game.

But in Japan, the game started at noon.

Yes, we, Japanese, have just been working.(>_<)

At the lunch time, we went to the restaurant which had TV.

And we watched the game on TV there.

But baseball games usually take about 3 hours.

So we couldn't watch the game throughout there.(+_+;)

We had to be back to our office...

But the game was very excited!!

So we wanted to watch the progress of the game by any means.

At that time, I found my cell phone!!

My cell phone has the function of TV!!

Wow, we could watch the game at working.(^_^)v

Well, while the game was being played, we could work hardly.(^_^;)

We had been watching TV without working.

The result was 5-0, Japan won!!(^0^)/

Japan team can proceed to the final round!

My favorite player, Mr. Aoki, had four hits in five at-bats! He was in top shape!!

The below clear files are the special goods of the WBC.

The MacDonalds gives away the files to the people who bought combos.

I ate a hamburger tonight at the MacDonalds.(*^_^*)

time spent in commuting

Hello!!



It was fine day, today,(*^_^*)



It was warm, and I felt spring♪





Today, I would like to know how long time spent in commuting do people in other country take.



Because many Japanese have difficulty with commuting.





Japan is very narrow, but has too many population.(**;)



So the land price of downtown is very expensive, and many people live in the town removed from the central city.



People come to the office from a great distance.



They take 1～2 hours...



And almost salaried workers commute with train.



The commuter trains are jam-packed every morning.(x_x;)

Many salaried workers get tired every morning only commuting.<(+_+)>

























I think this difficult time spent commuting is one of the most hard problems in Japan.



I would like to solve the problem someday!

Today, I gave my GF presents in return for Saint Valentine's Day.

I succeeded in surprising and pleasing her.(^m^)v

She was delighted very much.

I was very glad for her to put on the necklace at once.(*^_^*)

Tonight we ate "Yakitori".

Do you know "Yakitori".

The meal is grilled chicken on a skewer.

"Yakitori" belongs with beer very well.(^0^)/

There are two way to flavor it.

"Salt" and "Sauce"

If you like refresh tasete, I recommend "Salt".

Hello!!

March 14 is "the White Day" in Japan.

The day is when men present women somethings in return for "the Saint Valentine's Day".

I received perfume and macaroon from my GF in the Saint Valentine's Day.

At first, she and I was scheduled to go to shopping together and to buy the things she wanted.

And I promissed her that I will buy something she wants.

Tomorrow, she will go to my home after work, and eat a dinner together.

Because my favorite soccer team,"Kawasaki Frontale" won the Chinese team at the ACL ( Asia Championship League)!(^^)v

And I could went to the stadium and watch the game!

I had finished my work early, and begged of my boss to let me go early out of a company.

The score was 1-0.

I would like to see more goals.

Well, I'm glad to see the result of the win.

Next, they will fight against Korean team at the Korea!

Tomato ramen

Tonight, the Japan baseball team was beaten by 1 point to the Korea team in the finals on the first stage of WBC.(-_-;)

"Tomato ramen"






Do you know "Tomato ramen"?


I ate it last Friday first♪







It's a wonderful and delicious taste!!






































This ramen is made with tomato soup.





And cheese is put on noodles!! This cheese produces mild flavor!!o(^^)o





The ramen is different from the normal ramen.





It's a new meal unlike ramen, I think.(^_^)








And putting race on the soup after eating noodle, the ramen can change into "Tomato rizotto"\(^0^)/

It's wonderful!!


I would like to eat it again!!

Hello!!

I went to the stadium and watched the opening game of the Japan soccer league yesterday!

But, the result was 1-1, a draw...(-_-;)

Um..."Kawasaki Frontale",my favorite team, needed one more point.

They had many chances, but couldn't get a goal.

The counts of their shots were about double as against an opposition.


Well, I felt delight at the game.

The atmosphere made me excited very much!!

We, supporters, cheered the team up togerther, and felt identification!!

This identification is the ral pleasure of watching the game, I think.o(^^)o

And the victory game makes us feel highest!!

I believe "Kawasaki Frontale" will win the next game!!

The next will be at Wednesday!

If I finish work early, I will go to the stadium!p(^_^)q



Well, on the WBC, Japan team won Korea.

And they passed the first stage in Tokyo.

Next, the second stage in the US!

Today, The function of my cell phone moved me very much!(*^_^*)

The function is "TV function".

I can watch TV with my cell phone.(^^)v

Today, the opening game of WBC (World Baseball Classic) is on TV.

So, I wanted to go home early and watch the TV.

But I must have worked overtime...(-_-)

And it takes 30～40 minutes for me to go home from our office on train.

I could not go home by the beginning of the game.

But!!

I could watch the game on train!!

My cell phone has TV function!!

So I went home watching the game with my cell phone.(0^_^0)v

And I was lucky to be able to see the win of Japan team.(^o^)v

Hello!!

Today also, I will talk about sports.(^^)

I like sports! Both watching and playing!


I'm so interested in WBC ( the World Baseball Classic ) as the opening of Japanese league of soccer.

Tomorrow, the opening game will go on!!

Japan vs China

Japan team was the championship at the last WBC four years ago.

This year, they aim at the championship.p(^^)q


But other teams seem very strong.(^^;;

Korea, the US, Cuba, Dominican Republic,...

Every team are strong rivals, I think.

Well, so I'm looking forward to watching a lot of close games.(0^_^0)


In Japan team members, I expect 2 players, Daisuke Matsuzaka and Norichika Aoki.

Matsuzaka belongs to the Boston Red Sox.

He was called as "平成の怪物( the monster of Heisei )" .

When he was high school student, he went to the school in Yokohama, where the city was next to Kawasaki city I lived in.


Aoki was from the Waseda university.And me too.(^^)v

So, he was three years ahead of me in university.(^_^)

I think he is a genius like Ichiro (Seattle Mariners).


I hope them to be active in this WBC.

And of course I believe Japan team will win.(^^)/

Today, I will talk about my favorite team of soccer.



The name of the team is "KAWASAKI FRONTALE"!!



I"m a eager fan of this team.





"KAWASAKI FRONTALE" is the soccer team in Japan.



It has joined J-1 League( Japanese pro soccer league ).



Last year, it got the second in the league.



It hasn't topped the league.(>_<)



So, this year I'm very anxious for the team to top!!





And the team joins ACL ( Asia Championship League) this year.



The top team in this league is regarded as No.1 team in Asia, and can challenge "the Club World Cup"!



I believe "KAWASAKI FRONTALE" to be a champion in this league too!p(^^)q


March 7 , J-1 League will open.

Yes, the answer is that to jug after a meal is better.(^^)







I have read a running-magazine and I knew the answer from it.











I know the reason why to jog after a meal makes a body easy to slim.







I mean the basal metabolism improves through jogging after a meal.







Jogging after a meal, the energy given by a meal gets burned.







Consequently, the extra energy isn't left.







And only to live naturally burns fat!!











To slim naturally is better than forcibly, I think.







If you would like to be a slim body, I hope you to slim healthily.(^0^)











In this connection, if you would like to be muscular, you had better jog before a meal.







Because after exercise your body feels the lack of energy and is easy to assimilate energy from a meal.

Shopping and Reading

Hi!

How did you do this weekend?

I spent shopping and reading.(^0^)/

Yesterday, I went to shopping at Ginza with my GF.(o^_^o)

Ginza is the most expensive city in Japan.

There are high brand shops of the world. "Louis Vuitton","Tiffany & Co","Gucci",and more.

And also there are many department stores.

It's very pleasant only to go window-shopping at the city.(^^)

My GF likes the city very much, so we often go there♪

Well, the items sold at the city are very, very expensive.(^^;;

If you travel to Japan and go to Ginza, it will be better that you don't buy anything at the city, I think.

Other city, you can get them at lower price, I think.(^_^;)

Today, I spent my time reading a book.

I bought five books at the used book shop ,"Book Off", which I love.(^m^)

A novel, a technical book, a life story,nad more.

Today, I read the novel "ザ・外資( the foreign capital)"written by My Ryo Takasugi.

The story is that some Japanes workers struggle to succeed in the foreign compan.

I have finished reading the novel (500 pages over) for 4 hours at a cafe.

At the cafe, I ordered only one ice-coffee.(^_^;)

The below books were bought by me today.(^^)
